It pairs 802.11ax on both bands with a 2.5 Gigabit port, so a fast internet plan or an internal server link is not bottlenecked at the router.
A quad-core CPU and 1 GB of RAM give it headroom for demanding RouterOS work, from VPNs and firewalling to VLANs and traffic shaping, while PoE-out on one port lets it power a downstream device such as an access point or camera over the same cable.
