The 5 GHz PMP 450b High Gain Subscriber Module is a narrow-beam, high-gain radio built for WISPs and ISPs that need to reach subscribers at the far edge of a cell or punch through congested spectrum. Its 24 dBi integrated antenna and tight 7 degree pattern concentrate energy on the access point, holding a clean signal on long or noise-challenged links where a wider subscriber would drop modulation. This is the ideal choice when link budget and range, not coverage width, are the limiting factor.

It fits any PMP 450 sector as a standard subscriber and is provisioned and monitored through cnMaestro (cloud or on-premises) alongside the rest of the network. This is the Radio Only SKU, so it ships without a power supply, letting integrators reuse an existing compatible Cambium PoE injector; the narrow beamwidth rewards careful alignment during install for maximum SNR and top-tier modulation.
