The Grandstream GXW4104 links up to four analog phone-company (PSTN) lines into your VoIP or IP-PBX system, so existing landlines and trunks keep working while calls travel over SIP. It is a practical way to preserve analog services during a move to hosted or on-premise VoIP.

An FXO gateway connects analog PSTN lines to VoIP, while an FXS port connects analog phones or fax machines to VoIP. The GXW4104 provides four FXO ports plus dual Ethernet, letting a small office route inbound and outbound landline calls through a SIP platform without ripping out its copper connections.
