Request a Quote →The Grandstream HA100 is a high-availability controller that pairs two UCM6510 IP PBXs into an automatic failover cluster, keeping calls and services running if the primary system goes offline.
The HA100 sits between your UCM6510 units and their PSTN, analog, and network connections. When it detects a failure on the primary PBX, control shifts to the hot-standby secondary in seconds, so voice service continues with minimal disruption and no manual intervention.
