Request a Quote →The UISP WaveFiber ONU is a GPON optical network unit that terminates a fiber connection at the subscriber premises, giving WISPs and fiber operators a managed endpoint for their GPON deployments. It brings symmetric-capable gigabit fiber service to homes and businesses over long optical spans.
An SC/APC fiber port handles the GPON WAN side, while a 2.5 GbE RJ45 LAN port hands off to the customer network at faster-than-gigabit speeds. It is managed through UISP with dashboards, alarms, and remote firmware upgrades, and runs on simple 24V passive PoE for straightforward installs.
